I love the smell and atmosphere right as I walk through the door. The coffee can be custom made to taste as opposed to following a recipe which is great as I can be sensitive to sweet flavors. I brought my mom in with me and we were both impressed by the options available for coffee flavorings. I will definitely be back again to try a smoothie.

Friday the 13th, 5:00. The two ladies working were absolutely perfect. They stayed busy, shared witty banter with me, recommended and made the best sandwich I've had in a very very long time around this area. It makes someone want to come back and support this business, thank you.

Stopped in while passing through the area, looking for a healthy lunch. Friendly service, nice selection of health foods, homemade and packaged to go. They also have fresh made juices and smoothies with real ingredients, not the powdered variety like Tropical Smoothie! Fair prices too.
