Fabulous food! So much complexity in flavors. We ordered the medium spicy and the chef nailed it, absolutely perfect heat! Best paneer we’ve ever had (and we make our own paneer at home which is delicious). To top things off, absolutely stunningly delicious rice pudding creme brûlée created by the incredible executive chef (please put on menu ASAP!) We can not wait to go back!!!

My husband and I spent a lovely date-night evening at Vedas. The food was absolutely fabulous and the service was perfect. They were attentive but at the same time they gave us our space. I felt like I was in Europe because there was absolutely no pressure to hurry us out of there. We were able to enjoy the evening in a beautiful atmosphere, great music playing, out of this world food (I ate way too much) and a relaxing pace. Well done Vedas!
