I have been to a few McDonald's locations recently after not going for some time for various reasons, and I have found that the app and in store pad ordering process leaves a lot to be desired when waiting for your order to be served. You're lucky if there's one person working the counter, and that person just seems to get overwhelmed. This has happened the last three times and all at different locations. I just think things ran smoother and you got your food faster before automation. Please bring back the humans!
