So there was a new hire. We asked her for a whole baked 🍕. She told us they didn't have anymore. I figured she either didn't know or she was being lazy. Turns out, the girl working with her had told her they were in back and she had forgotten. We got our 🍕. She was literally trying to bake our 🍕 and there was another customer getting mad at the fact that apparently, 7 Eleven stopped putting hot food items up top. For a new hire, she handled it very well. I probably would have tried to tell the guy that it was policy and if he didn't like the rules, go to another location.
