My friends in Surigao City, Philippines where excited to learn that I have found this place. Not many in PDX or the Pacific NW which feature a menu from the Philippines. The Sinigang soup is what I needed! We will be back!

Self Professed Filipeno Foodie here. Finally had my chance to try out Chicken Adobo in the Washington Square mall location. Food is served pre prepped style. Which is fine as everything looked hot and fresh. Really nice decor and feel. Not my Lola's house in Mauban but Pinoy themed. Very clean and includes outdoor seating! :) I went for the Garlic Rice and 3 Enteree's. $14 which is a great price! Chicken Adobo, Dinuguan and Kare Kare! I had to say everything hit the spot. The Adobo was the right balance of Soy and Vinegar. Dinuguan was on point. Was surprised by how good the Kara Kare was. Right type of peanut! There's more to try, so I can't wait till my next visit.
