This is an awesome new coffee shop in an area lacking decent coffee. The owner is super nice and down to chat. They have a great selection of comics and a wonderful atmosphere. Good quiet place to get work done or just hang out at.
Southfacing windows, as of yet undiscovered (i.e. plenty of space), sufficient power outlets, delicious coffee, a wide variety of non-coffee menu options, and real food at excellent-for-a-coffee-shop prices. Also, their loyalty/punch card is only five drinks long, which is nice. :) They're a bit low on the comfy couch type seating, but the chairs aren't bad at the tables aren't small. I'm super glad for a new shop so close to my home.
P.S. I'm a special snowflake who orders the egg in my breakfast sandwhich slightly burnt, and they're totally humoring me. These guys are awesome.
Great, quiet, and colourful spot where I've spent many hours (probably days, by now) working on my dissertation. Outlets everywhere, friendly owners/staff, and plenty of food options to keep you going. They also have an OK selection of board games (mostly family-friendly party games) and plenty of comics in the back. The owners know their stuff when it comes to (local) comics, so this'd be the place to go if you want to learn a bit about that wonderful world.
And, as new parents, they're very outwardly family, child, baby, breastfeeding, etc.-friendly. They even have booster seats and a mini-library for kids! Cool stuff.
