On March 19th we ordered Cracker Barrel due to my wife and youngest son getting Covid and her being sick and not well we ordered out. We have a family of 5 so when we eat out it's very expensive and we want our food to be good just like everyone else would expect. I had ordered 2 servings of the fruit cobbler which was peach. I was charged a total of $11.74 for the two servings. When I received them I was very, very disappointed and upset because the portions were extremely small and in the smallest containers. Now everything else was really good and good portion size. I have attached pictures of these portions and for the price I paid I expected more than what I got. So I hope that this is seen by your company and discussed on how to fix the problem for future orders. Thank you very much

Got seated pretty quickly even though it was packed. (Shopping in the gift shop made time fly) and had a 5 star waitress and a fresh and delicious meal! A perfect stop while on the road.

Cracker Barrel always satisfies with the homey atmosphere and great cooking, but our experience at this particular restaurant was even better for having taken place down south where people are friendly beyond compare! From the professional young man who seated us, to the swiftly delivered hot and fresh food, to our waitress who wished us a God-blessed day as we left, we couldn't have been more pleased!

So we walk in upon opening at 7:00 a.m. it was 23ﾟ outside and they had a roaring fire going in the fireplace! Food was good however my fiance's breakfast was cold so they replaced the eggs and the food actually was delayed because the printer broke and Nobody caught the mess up so they took off one of our Meals for all the issues ( i didnt ask for any discount!) but overall still a great place to come and eat. Great service as well The general store is always a pleasure even though there were some issues I still was a very happy camper eating here today!

We had a good meal. Good atmosphere. Friendly and awesome host and waitress and just everyone we came in to contact with were wonderful! Had a super time catching up over a good meal! (And yes we carried food home to the husbands!)

Someone from Corporate should go into this location at 8:00pm to closing!! Hostess in back texting... had to ask store employee to get her... Waiter too busy sweeping and refilling sugars to wait on us.... we asked another waitress to help. She was very nice... kitchen was SLOW... finally was told they were out of Fried Chicken. Changed both orders and took it to go... when out in our RV, and opened the bags the .eat portions were small and cold. To top it off, the same hostess was the cashier and was no where to found.. 3 other tables were in line to pay also
