For the second straight time the drive thru employee messed up my order and shorted me a burger. Once in Racine and once in a Kenosha restaurant. Food was fresh though.
I don’t know who trained the people who make the sandwiches but they literally just throw them together. It didn’t used to be like that at this location. I went right before the closed recently and got a old fish sandwich and cold fries. I go again today in the middle of the day thinking since they’
A great place to stop in between appointments to get a cup of coffee and do some work on my lsptop.

Our seemed to stump the girl taking the order.
When we finally got to the window we were told the credit card machine went done just at that moment. Being a mostly cashless society we had to leave.
I felt we could have been given a heads up.
The manager, Wanda, had wonderful customer service , but her store was short staffed. We had to wait a little over 10 minutes for our order. She offered a free item for our wait. I rated only 3 stars because of the wait time nothing else.
I like how fast food places turn there lights off early before closing time. Must not need the money 💰
