I love Jimmy John's and this location has all the necessary ingredients, however, they do lack when it comes to customer service, speed, and accuracy. Still you can't be the convenience for fresh 🥪 sandwiches, 🥗 salads, chips, bowls, and more. They also have great 🍪 cookies. My favorites are any of the Italian subs. They do not have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking close enough to utilize. Limited outdoor seating.
We ordered catering for our office party. Order was ready as expected, chips and condiments and napkins included. Missed the pickle though. Not a huge deal. Sandwiches were a little lite with meats and usually you get stuffed subs for individual sandwiches. Again not a huge deal.
First time returning to a JJs in a long time. Their caprese salami sandwich was delicious and served within minutes.
They even give you a free sandwich on your birthday if you sign up for rewards

Got done with my Martian Beefy Crunch and Totally Tuna in 2 minutes! This is impressively fast service. I had no idea what I was missing when this place was closed for a while during the peaks of the pandemic.
I have been eating here regularly for the past year and a half. They have only ever gotten my order wrong once. They are super fast even when there is a long line and the staff are friendly and top notch. Anyone on the line will be more than happy to help you no matter if you made a mistake with your order and have to adjust it or if you need something like they are out of a specific soda. Great place with amazing staff 5/5.
First of all, Jimmy John's in general is a great place to eat. They have very good bread which is the most important part of any sandwich. The rest of what they put in the sandwich is also always very good, but if you enjoy good sandwiches, you know it's the bread that's important and this place has the best bread of any of the chains in the area.
Of all the Jimmy John's locations, this one is my favorite. It's never got more than one or two other people waiting, so you can get in and get out really quickly. Normally we drive up and have someone run out to get sandwiches, and then come back before we can finish the song on the radio.
During convention season, this is one of the better places to eat because you can get food quickly and sandwiches are easily carried while you eat.

I put in a massive group order for some folks we had volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. I picked it up in the store everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Once I got back to the construction site we were working on I realized that two people's sandwiches were missing. Because we only had a 30 minute lunch break on the job site, I couldn't leave and go pick up another order and since we would be doing manual labor in the hot sun all day, the last thing I wanted was for our employee's to go unfed.
I immediately hopped on the phone with the store manager and told her what had happened. She told me that since all of their delivery drivers were on bicycles she wouldn't be able to have them bring us the missing sandwiches (we were out of the delivery range). She quickly offered to refund the cost of the missing sandwiches and have replacements delivered to the construction site by another JJ location that has cars as well as bikes. The missing sandwiches arrived about 15 mins later and myself and my crew couldn't have been more grateful.
She went above and beyond to resolve a my issue, and as such has gained a loyal customer. I hope that her district manager sees this so that her amazing service can be further rewarded.
