The Village grill is a North Raleigj staple with plenty of great “parkside” outdoor seating and a solid bar and menu. It had some rough times post COVID when it struggled to deliver the quality we were used to and we reluctantly dropped it as our “go-to” place for spontaneous eating out. We were pleasantly surprised to find its back and better than ever with a bright and inviting new interior and a great menu and staff. We had a terrific brunch there this weekend and will be back for dinner soon!

This place is SO much better. The interiors have been remodeled and the menu is fantastic. The service was on point today. I can’t give them 5 stars on the food yet but we will be coming back! The muffalatta was wonderful but it really would have been 5 stars toasted. The bread was just cold and not $15 sandwich. A little more of a toast there would have been it for me. My wife’s salad, they forgot croutons. No big deal, but just needs a touch more for 5 stars.

Great place to dine. I had brunch...Louisiana omelet with chessy grits to compliment the dish. ..yummy. my girlfriend had the seafood platter looked delicious but also tast delicious. Service was better than most places, kudos to Raven and Nicole for their wonderful customer service. 😋
