Can I just say "OMG! That was Incredible!". We were a party of 3 and wanted to just have appetizers in the lounge because we had a reservation at Bimini Steakhouse at the Peppermill. We had a taste for Caviar and ordered the Supreme. It comes with an ample amount of acoutraments, but don't forget to ask for Creme Fraische. We ordered the Seafood Sampler appetizer that comes with Portions of Lobster & Prawns that would satisfy the most discriminating diner. We added a dozen of the freshest oysters that I've ever had and a bottle of Shramsberg Rose Sparkling wine to pair with it all. Just divine! The service was good and not stuffy as you would imagine with this level of food quality. The price tag for this is not for the faint of heart, but well worth it in my opinion.

This is a very stylish and updated looking premium steakhouse. The service is attentive, generous yet non intrusive as they made out dining experience an event of wonderful tastes, smells and sights. We both enjoyed two perfectly prepared NY Strip Steaks that melted in our mouths with two sauce choices of Bearnaise and Chimichurri that enhanced the taste of the meat and combined with the flavors perfectly. A glass of merlot, twice backed truffle and bacon potatoes made the meal a first time experience that my date had never known before. And then we had and amazing Lavender Cheesecake with honey ice-cream dessert that topped off the meal perfectly. Thank you to the staff for making us feel important and treating us so well. And specially to our waiter Erwynn, we enjoyed his attention and help with selecting the whole meal. It was a wonderful night.
