Potbelly either raised their standards or the employee that helped me just did a really good job. Always love the hot peppers too and bought a jar on my way out. Was a delicious meal before my shift! Definitely will be back.
Always the best sandwiches and service!! Gotta get their signature peppers on your sub- very spicy but so good. I wish there was more locations around.

This place. No sandwich shop pulls my heart strings like this one. I've been all over the US. I've been to cute little deli style sandwich shops and cafes. I've been to Quiznos. I've been to Subway and Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's.
I don't know about the other locations but I freaking love this Renton location. Never a bad experience. Not too fancy, and not too boring. Priced just right.
The meatball sub is my go to. Add some hot peppers and the sandwich bites back.

It was my first time at this restaurant, because of COVID everything is different now, so I ordered by phone and came to pick up my order, great customer service, very fast, and easy, food was delicious, great sandwiches, definitely will be back, highly recommended.
