Waiters are very prompt and the resteraunt provides an overall great service. Steaks are always cooked as requested and food is always hot and fresh when brought to the table.

I was with a large group from work, we were at a conference. About 10 of us went here to eat dinner. Although we had reservations, we had to wait half an hour for a table. I assume they were overwhelmed due to the conference. I'm Vegetarian so there wasn't a lot I could eat which was fine. Our waitress was excellent and the others in the party seemed to enjoy their food. The rolls are DELICIOUS!

Everything was great, but where we were seated, the floor was really dirty like someone spilled something and didn't get it up. I asked them to clean it before being seated, which wasn't a problem, but that should have been done before seating the customers. Everything else was great otherwise, and our server was a really sweet heart.

My favorite location. We went around 6:30 on Friday and to our surprise we only waited five minutes after calling ahead. Really busy but good customer service. We got a nice booth. Our waitress was extremely kind and accommodating. First time getting the fried pickles. A little salty but still tasty and the crunch is everything. The rolls are always fresh and piping hot. Delicious butter. Smothered chicken never fails. Noise and lively atmosphere might be a too much for some who are overstimulated, but still enjoyable, fun vibe.

Jayce was our waiter, and he was THE VERY BEST! We had a party of 12 and he made our experience great! He held his composure and was very helpful, even though I'm sure we were difficult! It was my friend's bday, and he held ish down! I would definitely go back, and absolutely recommend him!!

I go to Texas Roadhouse all the time. But this experience had to be the best. The food and drink were awesome. The Turnpike location is clean with Great Staff. Thank you Angel. You are Great. Tonight was engagement night. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is our regular late lunch early dinner spot. We love the bar area. Lots going on, TVs, music etc… the food is always consistent, the service low key and spot on. Return ? Absolutely!!!

I sat at the bar on a Friday Evening. The place was packed. The bartenders gave excellent service! In regards to food.......that is why a 4 and not a 5. I ordered a medium steak and got a very medium rare. I was ok because I couldn't eat it all so when I warm it up I will get medium. The Caeser salad was great. The main problem with the food was the baked potato was horrible!!! It had obviously been baked two or three days prior and warmed up for me

My family eats at this location regularly and normally this would be a five-star review. But we were there last night and very disappointed with some of the food (cold) and the temperature of the restaurant. It was ice box cold! I went to the hostess stand to mention it but another patron was already there reading them the riot act about it. It wasn't even a warm evening, but the AC setting must have been set to 60 degrees. It never shut off the entire time we were there. The hostess said that it was set that way for the employees working in the kitchen. I really like this restaurant and the employees are generally very friendly, prompt and courteous. But I have no desire to dine in that environment. There must be a middle ground between freezing out your guests and the employees desire to not break a sweat!
