When I pulled up to the drive through I was told she was the only one working and so it might be a minute bexause she would have to cook my food as well as take the order, I though it would be a long wait and was okay with that, however Tiffany had my order ready (#11 chicken sandwitch) in less than 3 minutes. That girl is a rockstar running the whole restaurant by herself but they should probably find her some help and in the meantime give her a raise. I dont usually write reviews but this is the second time I have gone though the drivethrough and she was running the place by herself so I thought she deserved some recognition.

The food was the same as every other Hardee's, however these people brought our order out to us. I thought that was a really nice touch! The fries were fresh and hot and my chicken was great. The restaurant was clean (including bathrooms). I'd definitely come back to this location.

It's been years since we've been back to this Hardee's. Same great service. I live in another state now and our large chicken tenders box costs almost $10 more than in Richmond. I don't understand why
