Absolutely the worst experience I've had. I'm not a drama queen by any means but there were 12-15 people that waited inside for their order ss we watched the cooks in back moving at a snails pace. One lady and I started a conversation about the lack of work ethic in most teens these days and how sad it was. Next thing we know, the teen working the cashier moves in and informs us he does not appreciate us speaking poorly of his generation. Yes, shock and awe came across our faces, then like 2 mother hens, we started to reprimand him for his action, then the energizer bunny also known as the assistant manager, came to the kids defense saying we shouldn't be insulting his employee. We weren't! We were simply discussing the lack of work ethic in general. We all start raising our voices and then the real manager stepped in and told both employees that she heard every word we said and we had in no way named this kid specifically and that we were right. To end this soap opera, I got my order 20 minutes later and there was an item missing. The assistant Mgr said that it had been removed per my request at the register. I showed him my receipt that proved I had paid for the item. Proof is in the pudding buy I've never had an employee verbally attack me like that.

Be careful with your cards, this McDonald’s is closer to home so I always stop by this location. My card was charged around 5:16 pm, I was no where near this McDonald’s, so someone must have took my card information from the times I did use it here. I asked the manager (a guy) if he could check cameras etc. I was given cooperate number and they did deliver my concern but I have yet to hear anything about my refund and how I was charged. I sent proof to someone named Brandon of meh self on the highway, along with the time, showing I was not near there at all. I believe because of my proof , now they are ignoring me. If I don’t get a call within this week, I’m reporting fraud. Be careful with your cards at this location.

Dirty bathrooms, didn’t have toilet paper in one of the two and the second was almost out, all of the tables needed to be wiped off, no napkins in the dining area. And this was at 3:30pm, not even at dinner rush. We ordered four items and two of them were wrong. Even paid extra for tomato on a hamburger and it’s supposed to come with two slices of tomato when you pay extra and we were given the end of the tomato that was about a quarter big. Felt bad for the worker that was trying to correct everything.

I wanted to order through app but they don't accept arch card as payment. I went in and ordered two double quarter pound deluxe sandwiches. The new cashier couldn't find them it was her second day. The manager or lead assisted I ordered through her. When I got them they weren't deluxe. The lead argued with me that I didn't say deluxe. Took them back and said had to be made fresh. 30 minutes later asked where they were and werent ready yet. She threw in free strawberry pies but I will most likely visit one of our other locations. I don't appreciate that treatment. I did not even bite the sandwiches just wanted what I ordered.

This McDonald's is absolutely nasty they need the health department called on them. I went inside to get food because both lines were backed up all the way around the building. The workers were behind the counter touching food without gloves. I saw other workers wearing gloves but the one guy touching everything did not have gloves and he was the one touching chicken and burgers. I wanted to vomit 🤢

This McDonald’s ain’t the best. However, they have one of the best workers I’ve came in counters with. I don’t know his name but he has tattoos up to his neck, and the guy is great. Genuine worker, with great attitude. Pulls through every time and makes the wait not so bad. 5 starred my experience.

They had the steak breakfast sandwich which is extinct in my area. Tasted great. The hash browns were soggy. Had the runs during my road trip home from vacation after eating there. Coincidence?

Waited in line for 30 mins. After placing order in the drive through then waiting 15 mins to get to the first window the girl taking the order tried to charge me $20 for a double cheeseburger and a coke. Then she told me that I didn’t order what I ordered. Once that was straightened out I waited another 15 mins to get to the pick up window. Again, they did not have the correct order. Then they fixed it but someone dropped it on the floor. They fixed it again. But, when it was done it was hot and food was good
