Slight mix up with order, one burger right, the other wasn't which is trouble some for people with food allergies. Mistake on small cone, was given a small coke. However, we received the coke, and the cone which was awesome. They were very sincere. Staff at window two to pick up order we're amazing and very friendly. Window one taking orders from drive-thru; did feel a little rushed. This was not a lunch hour they were hardly any cars in the takeout line.
Moved to Richmond 2 weeks ago, been to this restaurant 3 times. Every time, my quarter pouder w cheese was correct, juicy and hot. I'm picky as former cook. I had stopped eating at fast food cuz quality and price but this restaurant restored my favorites. I can deal with price if food is hot and done correctly. š

It's rare to find employees that work in a fast food chain that are friendly and helpful. The employees at this McDonald's smile, greet you and treat you with respect.
Review on the Richmond Mi McDonaldās. Excellent customer service very nice staff. Best McDonalds fries around! Pancakes were delicious!!
Fast customer service and very friendly. Great lunch just under $15 dollars for me and my son all made fresh.
