Kumo - Ridgewood - Photo album

The food was good, even great. The ambiance and service was mediocre to bad. I guess they were very busy with pick-up/delivery orders, as it wasn't very busy inside, but things took forever. This was our first time there and we probably won't come back.
This past evening, I went to Kumo sushi in Ridgewood, NJ. It was as delicious and as good as I had hoped. The server, Emma, was a pleasure! Tried 3 rolls which were all so good . Connection Roll, Mayflower Roll and the Sexy Girl Roll. Can’t wait to go back again for more!
Very clean and nice atmosphere. Went for a prebirthday dinner for the wife with my parents. They had a great selection of rolls and presentation was very nice. We forgot it was BYOB.
Great food! Excellent service. Edit: have been here the second time now and the food is fantastic. Again I had Sashimi and liked it a lot.
Super friendly staff! High quality sushi reasonably priced plus BYOB! One of my favorite sushi spots in the north Jersey area!
Ordered takeout and waited over an hour for it to get here. The delivery person was also very rude. I opened my door as he was approaching and saw him throw my order onto my front doors steps and rolled his eyes. Sushi was subpar. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
The deliver driver was really disrespectful. I provided $ 6 dollars tip on an order of $110 and he was complaining about the “ cheap tip”. I called the store and they only said , “ sorry”. I will never order from them again
Bought party shushi tray E or $103 (including sales tax), brought it home, there is nothing to eat. I planned to feed four people, there were barely enough sushi for two persons. I know there is an inflation, but still feels like a total rip off comparing to other sushi places in Ridgewood. I will
