Chick-fil-a Rio Rancho

This store's line wasn't long at all and it was much closer to home. The young women taking orders outside were pleasant and helpful to a fault. It's always a pleasure to visit this particular location!

I had not visited this location for about 2 years so posting only for this most recent experience. This was a drive-thru visit and was associated with a partnership between the store and the local schools. I love the partnership and local support this establishment displays. This location can be difficult to access from the main intersection without driving through adjacent business parking lots depending on which way one is arriving from. My route this time took me all the way to the back of an auto repair shop and down a rear alley easement. However, upon arriving and finding both drive -thru lanes open and about 35 cars ahead of me (before rush/dinner hour), I was happy to find it took less than 15 minutes to get my order. The order was correct for me and the others in the vehicle, and the food was delicious. Sauces and special requests were met, and the person at the order kiosk was friendly, knowledgeable, overall helpful. While in the traffic line, there were two staff members in training and they were trying to figure out how to move orange cone/pylons around for no apparent reason (not saying there wasn't one). I was concerned one could have been injured in the traffic, and felt less than confident in their training. I'm sure this goes without saying for most establishments in the current market, but safety is a priority to me. Overall, good experience for me, but could use a little improvement.
