Going to Foster's is an experience! The collection of mounted animals is the largest I have seen. I have been there a couple of times. Now as for the food, the fried asparagus is good, burgers and fries are good, but, the chicken sandwich I had was dry, and lacked a lot of flavour. It is a restaurant I would take friends to if we were in the area, but I can't say I would travel just to go.

Very good salad. The fish and chips looked amazing and fresh but I didn't have it. Hamburger was really good according to my son! Oh! And they have those fries that are coated with who knows what, but really good! Lots of animals to see! The elephant head is huge! Sort of sad but interesting to see.

We just left from our dining experience here. This is more of a 3.5 than a 4 star review. I will say customer service was great. Our waitress went above and beyond and I could hear her chatting with other guests and making sure they were taken care of. She did a great job. The food was good but highly overpriced. The prices on Google do not reflect their current prices as of posting this. For example, currently Google states their Ceasar salad is $9 when it is $12.75 in reality. For an Asian Chicken Salad, it was nearly $16 plus the chicken sandwich that was about $15. The sheer amount of taxidermy on the walls was a nightmare. I knew there was SOME but that was so much more than SOME taxidermy. The fact that there were elephant tusks on the wall bothered me the most knowing how illegal the ivory trade is. Some things just can't be overlooked. Finally. The experience of walking in and walking out was eerie. No fault to the employees, obviously, but the entire restaurant *stared* at us as we walked through. It made both of us extremely uncomfortable. It was horror movie-esque. There was clearly a demographic here that I very obviously don't fit into. I wouldn't go through that again.
