As a restaurant owner myself I tend not to rate other restaurants often Especially if I hated the food Reason being I am a small business owner. What I do if I dont like the food is simply not rate it or review it. But when I find a place I love. It warrants a review. Elias Pita is hands down the best middle eastern restuarant in the inland empire Sides like hummus and baba ghanuge are fresh and amazing Meat dishes like lamb kufta and beef shwarma are out of this planet Hardest item to get right is chicken especially chicken breast as it tends to be overcooked at 90% of places Well not here Cooked to perfection My favorite place besides my own

Never thought the food would be that good. One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I've eaten at. Would definitely go back again and recommend the food to my friends.

Best place is the Riverside location. Ordered it to go but, just could not wait the 45 minute drive home and decided to dine in.
