Black Bear Diner is a 10/10 recommend! Friendly service, excellent grub, and great atmosphere! Our waitress suggested the burger and it was delicious! Already looking forward to visiting again and getting the pancakes and some bear slippers!

Great staff, charbroiled burger-bacon goodness, fluffy af heavenly pancakes, hometown friendly vibe, with a side of fries/ranch - and clean restrooms! We’ll be back.

My wife and I are avid BBD (Black Bear Diner) patrons. Our first experience was years ago stopping in Reno. Fell in love and couldn't wait for them to come to Utah. Finally there was one in West Jordan, then Sandy, Draper, and now one close to home, Riverton. We have been to the opening to West Jordan and Draper. We can tell you there is a learning curve. You shouldn't penalize a great place for a new location with new staff. The food is amazing for the price and what you get. Let them know if you're not happy before you leave. They'll take great care in making it up to you. I have yet to have what I call a 'bad experience'. We asked for Angela because she may not know everything but she makes up for it with the warm smile, great attitude, and attentive nature. Come check out our new favorite location in the BBD family. Sorry Draper BBD, we will miss you.
