I am leaving this review in response to the negative one my wife left today about a negative experience we had. The restaurant was out of classic chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and tenders and did not tell us until we got to the speaker, after we had been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with no way out. Minutes after leaving the review, my wife was contacted by Sandy, the owner of this location. Sandy was apologetic and explained the circumstance and why they chose to handle it the way they had. She listened to the suggestions my wife had for correcting the way they handled a situation that was out of their control. (We understand that being out of the chicken was not in their control, but allowing people to sit in line unknowingly was in their control). We are very impressed with Sandy's response and willingness to listen to their customers. Knowing that she cares about her restaurant and customers was a definite remedy to a bad experience. We will definitely go to this location again when we have a craving for some Chik Fil A. Thank you Sandy!

Exceptional service, food, atmosphere! We’re here weekly! They always have a smile, warm greeting “my pleasure.” They playscape is very clean! Definitely recommend!
