The service is really good and the cookie decorating is world class. The cookies are baked fresh daily onsite, and all cookie cakes are hand decorated. If you go, ask for Tim or Tielyer Trybus. She is Rochester's very own Cookie Cake Boss.

This was the first time I have every purchased anything from this place. They did an excellent job on the cookie cake theme that was requested. Very talented decorators. The frosting used on the cookie cakes is delicious. I will be back again for sure.

I love cookies from here. I never had a problem with staff. The girls are always nice. Pricey for a cookie which is why 4 stars but doesn't deter me from not going back for that colossal m&m cookie. 😊🍪
