Never had a bad experience with this place until today and I’m extremely disappointed in the employees. (Unless I’m mistaken but I’m pretty sure) the manager brushed us off when we submitted an online order. We arrived at the store after it said, received and ready, and when we asked to grab the food, she said that she never received it and that it didn’t exist. We showed her the phone and she said that it’s an us problem since it’s not on her side and then proceeds to say that the only big order she’s received that day just got picked up. Normally this is something I understand since mobile stuff is never perfect but the screen we showed her didn’t show anything other than the location we placed it to, and the fact that it was received and ready. It never showed the price or what was on the order. How did she know it was a big order unless she simply didn’t want to make it and slipped up. She also left and ignored us while we were still discussing and asking about the “lost” order.

I got a job here and it was my first job ever so I had no clue what to do and no one told me anything. The Manager doesn’t train new employees at all and the employees that have been there the longest have become a clique that doesn’t welcome newbies. I was reported for being rude and disrespectful when I didn’t even talk unless I had to. We had a MANDATORY meeting one saturday at seven am and we were never told to clock in. We were there for an hour and a half and it was unpaid which is illegal. I got let go after two and a half months of working there for “not learning fast enough” when I didn’t get enough hours to learn or any proper training for the two and a half months i worked there I had only clocked 35 hours. I worked as hard as I could and tried to make everyone happy and it still wasn’t good enough. The manager does not know how to give constructive criticism at all they fuss at you and expect you to learn from it. I wish it would’ve worked out better especially for my first job.

Everything is always fresh! Always greeted with smiling faces which shows the employees are happy there. Jammie is awesome and always holds a conversation when I come in. The place is very clean which is great given the staffing shortages and their rate of volume.

Honestly can’t stand this subway the only reason I go is because it’s so close to my house. The managers are so rude and want to correct everything you say when telling them your order they have absolutely no customer service. Food isn’t bad but they definitely need new managers. Not sure why people think they can disrespect customers

It was OK Fresh vegetables fresh meat but They give little portions compared to the price of the subs overall overall I would come back but not frequently maybe once a month to once every 4 months

Plenty of subs, chips, salads and soups that taste great. Their sub of the day is a good deal, which a specific 6 in or footlong for 3.50 or 6.00 for ftlong. Free wifi and public restrooms. Friendly and fast customer service. Great place for a healthy meal. Juices, energy drinks, water and tea also available. Great for the family or just you
