Reviews of Little Caesars Pizza

The entire delivery was a mess!! So I called to get the order fixed. One pizza burnt, one pizza UNDERCOOKED WITH NO SAUCE. The breadsticks cold.. that was my whole order!! $30 non edible food! The manager told us they would NOT help us because we used Door Dash to deliver it. I asked him 1) to replace the order and I can bring in the messed up order, or 2) give me a credit for a next order or 3) even just give me my money back and I will deliver the pizza back to them. They told us they did not care, to contact door dash about it, and they were hanging up. I told them door dash did not cook my pizza, they did. It was a recorded phone call and we told them that too... this is not okay. What am I suppose to do with inedible food and out $30.. still need to find dinner for the family. The manager was very hostile and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL which is proven by the recorded call.. the food has been taken a picture, one pizza crust STILL stretchy.. then one burnt.. the cold, to hard bread sticks.. HOW DO ALL THESE EXTREME variances happen IN ONE ORDER. Booo booooo boo!!! To the customer service of the staff especially the manager!! A family without dinner but still out $30 in a time with COVID where money is so tight and this was a huge special thing for us to order pizza we can’t eat it but did lose the money that is tight in these times. Shame.

I have gone here many times for pizza. It's not all amazing but is worse than what it should be. Everytime I come here the pizzas are either burnt, old, undercooked, or extremely oily. The Lakewood location is so much better compared to this dump. There is no quality control. I wonder what dirty habits that are allowed in the kitchen. Pay 7 dollars for a pizza that has been sitting in a heater all day. Gross!

Cheap Fast & Good! Why spend $14 on a pie? The extra most bestest is worth the extra Buck or whatever to get more cheese and pepperoni. At about half the price of those other guys you're getting some pretty good quality here maybe not the best but that savings tho! Pretzel crust was a no-go for me I did not like it...

I placed the order online and when I got there to pick my order it wasn’t done and they we’re out of the cheesy stuff pizza. The manager Shakiel V. said ( and she said it very sarcastic) “I called to inform you about that no one picked up”. I did not get any missed call or voicemail. I let that go so I place the order in person then she decided to charge me for 2 pepperoni cheese bread when I only asked for one. And she kept saying you said 2 again being sarcastic. She didn’t even apologize She was very rude. I will be calling corporate to make sure she gets some customer service training or get rid of her. I know the customer is not always right but she could’ve said I’m sorry for what happened and that will go a long way instead of arguing back! I have been there before but because this happened to me I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. It only takes one time for me for someone to be rude. No one should be treated that way.

Last two times I have been here were awful. The one time I got the lunch meal and the crust was burnt and black. This time I just got back to the office and this pizza looks like it was sitting at the location for the past 2 days. Pizza is so over done that when you hold a piece up it does not flex or slant down. Literally stiff as a board. I had 4 co-workers try it and we are all in agreement that it is the worst pizza we have ever had. Which is disappointing because I love Little Caesars.

My pizza had more sauce then expected, the crust was thick and it had plenty of cheese and pepperoni, I bought the garlic sauce so my total came to $5.59. I always buy the pepperoni pizza that's ready to go for $5 bucks, I ended up going again two days later and it was consistent. I was thinking to myself this might be the best Little Caesars in the area. Definitely better than Lakewood's and Clark's little Caesars.

Usually when I go the service is okay and the staff is friendly, I got two pizzas I asked for a fresh pepperoni, when I arrived they didn’t say hello weren’t vary friendly, I last minute asked for a cheese because on the phone the lady told me she had a cheese pizza both pizzas were hard and the crust was so thin it wasn’t even appetizing, and the edges were hard and over sauced on one. I love this store but worst experience so far
