The quality of this location isn't great. I have asked for sauce on multiple occasions, always told "sure!" or "of course!" only to look in my bag after I leave to see exactly 0 sauces. Items have been missing or wrong on multiple occasions, and while I want to be generous, it's just frustrating.
I got fast service but my food was wrong and when I called they literally hung up on me. I hate the one on 72 but at least I get better customer service from them so rude. This Taco Bell is gross. I got food poisoning from their grilled cheese burrito and there was black specs in my drink - probably mold. Would recommend not eating here.
Have had many orders with missing items or completely wrong orders over my 4+ years of college. The management tries to odder free taco coupons in exchange but these don't even equate to the cost of the items missing.
