I ate here twice. The first was for lunch, and thought the service was great as well as the food (had the open faced salmon sandwich). I then went back for dinner, had the buffet; as far as buffet food goes, I thought it was above standard with fresh ingredients to choose from.

O'H American Grill is a fantastic place to dine in the Hyatt Regency Hotel near O'Hare airport. This place is not always open, but when it is, they almost always serve a buffet and offer menu options. I always go for the buffet, especially since it's surprisingly economical. The most impressive part about this buffet is their amazing salad bar. There is do much you can put on your salad and there are several dressings too. In addition, the staff and especially the main receptionist are extermely nice.
