I've been coming here for years and never had a bad pizza or waited long like some of these reviews are stating and they may be exaggerating. If you come during peak hours then ofcourse you will have to wait a bit. Be patient or go elsewhere. Don't take it out on the employees.

My first time here and the customer service was good. I got a custom made pizza and it took about 10minutes

Excelent service, fast and easy. People complain about the time they have to wait but it's pretty obvious you'll have to wait if you want something fresh because the oven can't go any faster. They also complainabout the service but I have never experienced bad service at this place. 9 out of 10 times you have a hard time at a fast food place the costumer is the problem, and I don't know why but everytime I get into the establishment, there is always some crackhead starting a fight for no reason. I just feel for these young folks working here, hopefully one of those idiots don't start an actual fight one of these days.
