My daughter and I ate there yesterday and we had a great experience. It wasn't packed at all and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We both ordered the garlic butter cheeseburger and it was delicious like always!. Its definitely one of our favorite places to eat.. I would totally recommend it!

Had two meals off the $4 menu and was genuinely surprised how good the food and portions were. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I’m from Dallas and take my grandson to the Steak & Shake in Irving every Sunday. Drove to Austin to visit granddaughter Lily and of course she wanted the M&M Shake which is also her cousins favorite in Dallas. Upon arrival in Round Rock we were immediately helped by Lexa extremely sweet and very accommodating Especially to my granddaughter which was a plus Not sure about the bad reviews here or who were the people that they were talking about but I could not have asked for better service!
