I have loved the 2 times I have been out there for breakfast. Great food and atmosphere. The garden store is great too, but check the website they are closed down a lot. Not really sure why

My wife, my dog and I ate here the Sunday after our triathlon. We loved it! Got there around 10am at a great time. The staff was helpful and the food was delish. It seemed like the church rush got them rather busy and people waited longer for service but we dodged that by being early. We look forward to returning!

The food was delish. Owner and staff were pleasant and attentive. But there is so much more to this place. Garden statues, garden art, firepots, plants, The gift shop has the most unique items. Picknick baskets, hand blown glass over beach wood vases, composit chairs and tables, waterfountains, fire pits, plants...amazing collection of unique table ware, party or serving dishes. You just have to go and experience it all. Impressive and unique stop on your way to the lake or pigeon Rock!

This was my first time here. They were understaffed so it took a little while to get service. The food was absolutely delicious! It is so fresh! I will go back and tell everyone about it.

The food at the Garden Cafe is excellent. The Cajun omelette is fantastic, the burgers are great and even the salad dressings are delicious. The staff is very kind. And as a bonus the garden/gift shop has beautiful, quality items.

We stopped by here on a Sunday morning for breakfast coming back from Lake Lure. It's a lovely place, the food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly! Since there is still a staffing shortage with COVID-times, allow for a little more time to get your food. Even with that, no complaints and will stop again the next time we are in the area.

Everything was excellent! Wonderfully and quickly prepared, perfectly ripened and well plated! It is a quiet, quaint, and peaceful cafe, with kind and friendly staff. We had a sausage omelet and garden croissant special, and the ingredients were high quality. Highly recommend!
