I'm so amazed by the unfortunate reviews. As first time customers our "waffle experience" was TOTALLY opposite. We were seated within less then 10 minutes despite the morning weekend rush. Our waiter Mitch was amazing and provided great customer service. He was patient enough to explain the menu and friendly. The presentation of the food was very nice and gave a upscale LA vibe lol. And to top it off Jeff one of the owners came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with our food! He was very personable, hilariously funny and just added an all around great experience. As for the food, it was DELICIOUS! I had the Farmer and the Dell. And being sensitive to fried foods I tried it at my own risk due to it being a farm to fork friendly dining experience. Instantly I could taste the difference in the oil that was used to fry the food. It didn't taste dirty or old. The waffles have such a distinct taste with the pepper herb it's mind blowing for my tastebuds. And the pepper hot sauce... So good. Between the experience, service and food I am a satisfied customer and for me that is very rare being that I expect much from customer service based environments. Keep up the awesome work, your restaurant is adding new flavor and lasting impressions to Sacramento! I say open another location downtown!

Came here expecting a totally different kind of restaurant. What I found was something else. The food was amazing, probably the best apple waffle I've ever had, my Bloody Mary was amazing. The waiter, Marcel, was very attentive. I would most definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Wow! An exceptional menu of creative and delicious dishes. Our waitress was attentive and helped with recommendations on menu items. Anytime I’m in the Sacramento area I will be stopping by.
