Haven't been here in years. The employee that took our order was very patient as we tried to decide what we wanted. The order was corect! The food was delicious! We will be back! The employees that worked this evening (5-24-21) knows how to work as a team! The service was definitely professional! Nice to know there are some fast food places that know how to preform their jobs. These are the fast food workers that deserve $15.00 an hr. The manager of this store should be proud to have a crew like this!!

Don't know what has happened here but the fish was not as good as it has been. We've eaten at this location several times in the past month and the fish was really good. Not soggy fish. But today's order was greasy.

You know that you are getting heaps of fried seafood when you go here, but they do it well and for a reasonable price. The service is fast and friendly. Watch out for the giant pothole at the end of the drive thru.

Service was horrible! Line was long, but I was last car. Still told to pull forward. Had to insist on at least being handed drinks that were right there. Not asked if needed any condiments or given time to request them. Window was immediately closed. Ordered kids meal, popcorn shrimp, with rootbeer to drink and a 2 pc catfish meal. As you can see from picture, should be considered 1 1/4 pc catfish meal. Looked as if a portion of fish fell off and not added into the to go container. French fries were cold, coleslaw was okay but not much there. My tea was fine but the rootbeer was more ice than soda. For a 8 oz (?) drink there may have been 2 to 3 ounces of actual soda. A big disappointment overall for a restaurant I usually like.

Horrible portions now. You get fish sticks and little chicken nuggets the size of hush puppies. Still the same high prices though. Long Johns is going to the same garbage. I guess I will make my own fish now.

BEWARE!!! Certainly NOT fast food, and wouldn't necessarily even call it food!
DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB CAKES if you dare to eat here (check out the floppy, too spicy, yet somehow simultaneously bland and dripping in grease example photo) Extremely slow service, food was cold when it finally arrived, prices are higher & portions much smaller than last time we visited, multiple excuses for the various problems. We were understanding & friendly about it all, but did insist on a refund for the inedible "crab cakes". Still not sure that we actually received a refund. Our original credit card transaction was voided (supposedly crediting back the original amount even though it says nowhere on the receipt about a refund). They then re-entered the order without the crab cakes and had my husband pay cash. RETHINK GOING HERE! Try Long John Silvers a little ways down the street. Not sure if LJS is good, but ANY place MUST be better than this! What a disappointment!

Good food. Good food but always freeze if eating in the dining room! No matter the month or hour always freezing in here. I prefer the country fried fish & baked potato with broccoli.
