What a great accidental find, since we didn't want to wait 45 minutes to an hour to eat at crowded Mi tierra's or Margaritaville. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the waite staff was very friendly. Very reasonably priced and the food tasted fresh and full of flavor. I recommend losing the uniformed security guard standing in front of the entrance. Just my opinion. Great place. I'd definitely eat there again.

The shortest wait on a busy Sunday lunch so far (believe me, 45 minutes is much better than an hour or an hour in a half on 98 degrees San Antonio heat) their price is reasonable, i recommend their nachos caseros, the food is way better than the mexican food we had at Riverwalk; so good that my son wanted me to give them a 5-star rating and to write a review � thank you for a good experience Viva Villa!

The atmosphere, service and food were excellent! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was amazing. If you want to step out of your taco comfort zone and try new ones...then try this place! The presentation was worth the price. Great place to be in San Antonio!
