My husband and I have been enjoying breakfast here since we first met almost 5 years ago. We eat here almost every weekend. If your just driving by its not the most attractive place but don't be fooled, the parking lot is always full because the food is incredible "tastes like home cooking", the coffee's always hot and the staff is very friendly. We love it here!!! Eric & Crystal Martinez.
Food is awesome and authentic!!!! They were out of al pastor meat (my fave) but their in house made chorizo was bomb! The family all got something different so we can try everything from caldo, tripas, tacos, torta and chicken poblano plate and it did not disappoint.. even their ham-cheeseburger and homemade fries was amazing. The house salsa was alright but They need a more spicy salsa available upon request. The Service was okaay, she took a while to come to us or get refills, let our chips and salsa get empty and saw it yet we still had to ask.. she would only talk Spanish and even when we would talk to her in spanish she was in her own world and would miss half the order...but once our came we were entertained! Wait time for food wasnt bad but two of us had to wait awhile for our plate but like i said we all shared so by the time our plates came we werent starving lol. I would definitely go back!
If you're in the area and you're looking for some very reasonably priced, but still very tasty breakfast tacos, then you can't beat Andrea's. I've been here for lunch several times (I live just down Marbach) and have always walked away stuffed with tasty TexMex.
One downside is that they don't really have an "all meat" option for barbacoa, so if you're not into the fatty bits (as in traditional barbacoa) then you might try someplace else. Don't get me wrong, it's good stuff, but I know some folks dont like fat pieces in their barbacoa.
I know, andreas always gets points from the city health inspector, But you don't get great tacos from the nice newly painted, clean establishments. need to find a run down looking crap hole like andreas for good tacos. gringos with weak stomachs beware. good food here! maybe a few cockaroaches. they don't eat much though.
I like what I ate in here (huevos rancheros and green enchilada) I just have one constructive comment. I think it will be good idea to add a website or pictures of the menu . It will make it easier to order by phone on ordes to go
