I am delighted with my experience at this Italian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was transported to Italy with a warm ambiance and friendly staff. The food was extraordinary; each dish burst with authentic flavors that joyfully made my taste buds sing. The attention to detail in every plate was evident, showcasing the chef's expertise and dedication to traditional Italian cuisine. The pasta was cooked to perfection, sauces were rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and made the entire dining experience even more delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience in San Diego. In my opinion, this establishment undoubtedly deserves the title of the best Italian restaurant in town.

Total bill was around $63, including tip, for one person. I went on a weekday to avoid the crowd. I was seated within 10 minutes. the hosts and waiter were nice and respectful. The food was amazingly good (one of the best Italian restaurants so far). All the food I order was good, but my favorite were the free bread and the potatoes that came with the chicken I ordered. The coconut drink was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be back to try the pasta and the tiramisu.

Cesarina is hard to beat. With its homemade pasta, seasonal menu offerings and homey feel, it's the ultimate expression of great Italian food. Best of the best when it comes to San Diego's dining options. I am always confident in recommending Cesarina to friends, family and visitors of San Diego. They also did a great job decorating for the holidays!
