What a great hidden gem. Testament to its greatness was how packed it was at 1130 on a Saturday. But, the line moved quickly and the food was definitely worth the wait. I had a Green Chile Pork and egg dish that was amazing. The pork was tender and the flavor profile of the dish which included some napa cabbage and Kale was innovative and delicious. I highly recommend Nutmeg Bakery and Cafe.

Hands down the best place from breakfast and lunch anywhere in north county!!! Love the local produce that is used regularly! If you haven’t gone here yet, you’re missing out!

I just went on Sunday for the first time and I have to say that this place was probably one of the best breakfast cafés I have ever been to. The food was out of this world fantastic and the service was absolutely great. I found my new favorite place in San Diego and plan on telling everyone this is a must whenever you're in San Diego��
