Really enjoyed this place, as it hit all the right notes: awesome ceviches, good service, nice, chill ambiance. Lamb meatballs in foie gras cream sauce were surprisingly rich and fabulous. Will be back to try their other dishes as well. So much seafood to explore!

I had the ceviche sampler platter and tuna, both of which were excellent. I've only eaten here once, but I could observe that great care was taken in the presentation of dishes that other diners ordered.

If you want good ceviche, this is a great place to go! They have at least 8 different types of ceviche. You can have a sampler plate and try 4 different kinds. All 4 I tried were great, and honestly I'm not sure you can go wrong with any of the choices.

I have been coming here for years (more frequently since I returned from a long in Peru), and I have always been impressed with Fresca's food and service. their cebiche (all 5 varieties) is authentic and amazing, and the variety is impressive.
