Excited to check off this ramen spot! We saw they do this duck truffle ramen on a 2022 menu posted in Google map. That seems to be gone now (we saw truffle ramen with no mention of duck). Anyway, we went for their tori paitan and chuuka men ramen. The broth was flavourful and the ramen texture was good. Can't really complain here.

I tried the 'Chuuka men' here. They include wood-ear mushroom and pork (which is pretty standard), but they also include yuzu zest in it! It's definitely different than any other ramen I've had before, very mild in flavor. I will have to come back and try their other varieties.

As the previous reviews state, the woman running this thing is truly a gem! They have a Ramen of the Day which like CMON and I had to get it when she said it was hot Korean spiced. Absolutely no notes, loved it, love her!
