I always think Lee's will be great, and I'm always disappointed. Some classic "food bar" issues with items getting nasty having been out too long...and a small scoop of what appeared to be Lad Na with an equally small side of some unidentifiable chicken still set me back $10.

Agree with other reviewers about the food being decent. Has sandwiches (to include breakfast sandwiches). It helps that it's next to a McDonald's, much healthier food that is rotated regularly.

Friendly staff! Great sandwiches, fun atmosphere and a good vibes always. A great spot to catch a beer with friends after work, and a great variety of sandwiches and snacks.

My go-to spot. In a Financial District full of $14 burgers, undersized portions, long lines and lackluster service - this Lee's is outstanding in so many ways. My sandwiches are always exactly as ordered - $7 here will get you out the door with a huge sandwich, chips, and a drink. I can't think of a better deal anywhere around (and I've worked downtown for over 20 years). Bonus: chow fun at the buffet.

I stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting for my room at The Palace. I ordered the Lobster Baguette. I don't think she could have crammed any more lobster into that baguette if she tried. It was fabulous and a great price too. Highly recommend!!!

If you're looking for gourmet, go somewhere else. This place does the job and it does it well for cheap. I've recently given up my Starbucks breakfast addition and have traded it in for Lee's. Pick up a breakfast sandwich (bagel, egg, ham, cheese) and a large coffee for under $6 and no wait. Great for cheap sandwiches during the lunch hour and if you have a craving for a salad or some cheap Chinese, it works. Don't forget about the soup counter where you can order a variety of made-to-order ramen. I highly recommend the Wonton Noodle Veggie for $5.70.

Pretty good food, sandwiches seem to be priced well for good sized portions. Curt service, not too friendly, but that's okay as I am usually in a rush anyway. Have not had the buffet food, yet, tho. Do like the late hours too.
