There are certain times it can get busy as more than 5 customers in the line but the baristas always manage to keep the drinks going and the line moving. I've only experienced one long wait which took 15 or more minutes but this was probably a rare occurance as it was a weekend around noon and people tend to visit the are after taking pictures at The Ranch. Other than those two notes, they are super friendly here, fast, and clean- esp. The bathroom! I'm not sure if they serve from the secret menu since I never really tried. They take certain orders into consideration depending on how busy it is. My children love going there as they are super friendly and once even offered to split a tall into 3 cups. Lol! The area is quiet, with good upbeat music, which is good and there's plenty of seats with shade in the outside area. There's also a couple of tables reserved for handicapped-- outside in the front and the back area, and another one inside which is a plus.

(PLEASE NOTE: THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING PERMANENTLY ON OCT 5, 2019.) My running group has been coming here for years regularly, and although there was a time where the staff couldn't handle the Saturday morning crowd, it seems to have improved recently. It's a shame they are closing.

Has seating outside as well. Opens very early in the morning and has Wi-Fi. It's an amazing place to have coffee early morning.
