My best choice for "Chao Long" and "Bun Rieu" in San Jose. Would love order to go than take a seat at the store. Vietnamese banh mi is also good.
They have the best BBQ pork sandwiches ever taste killing off Lee's Sandwiches trust me I find holes in the wall best restaurants eating places I've ever seen
Excellent #9. Very nice smiling staff. Glad this is near my house. Woohoo
Cheaper and tastier then Lee Sandwiches. A variety of soups available at Thanh Huong.
Limited tables available. Floors and tables can use some deep cleaning. But I’m obsessed with cleanliness.
On the counter next to the cashier, desserts are available.
My friend and I ordered number 1. It was good, that we both said, “It was better then Lee’s.” Do you want a sandwich that’s bursting with jalapeños and flavor? Their rolls I believe is better then Lee’s. We’re already planning what to order next time we come.
The second time around my friend and I didn’t have a sandwich. However, we did try their hot foods. We had beef stew, and stewed chicken, with rice. The beef was so tender and carrots wasn’t over cooked. I ate chicken too. I couldn’t tell you the name. All I can say, it was very tasty, It was enough for both of us. My to go place for quick, tasty and reasonable price.

Our go-to place for banh mi. Still going strong through the pandemic. I highly recommend going to this deli in the early morning, picking up one of their sandwiches (or lunch plates) to go. You’ll have a delicious and inexpensive lunch waiting for you. One tip: if you are not going to eat the sandwich right away, ask for them to separate out the ingredients from the bread. Also: the sandwiches are pretty big, so I ask them to cut them in half. If you don’t ask, they won’t do that.
