I want to give a shout out to Rishi !He was incredibly patient with this elderly woman in front of me that needed assistance. He then helped me pack up four separate packages because I didn't know I couldn't send them together! The store was packed and I personally probably would've been having a panic attack at this point and he was just calm, cool, & efficient. His coworker was equally stellar dealing with another time consuming client that needed help.

Update May 23 The people in here are very polite, patient and professional. I needed something notarized and it was easy to do at a reasonable price and I was treated very well. As I heard them dealing with other customers who in my opinion or just being annoying the staff was still polite professional and kind. What a difference between this store and the one in Milpitas near Landess! Polar opposites! Store Is clean open and airy as opposed to cluttered and dark. In the middle of the day, there were two people working and I was waited on right away as opposed to a long line and one person working. The package was taken from my hands, scanned and I was handed a receipt without even asking. At the other store I had to ask for it to be scanned and I was refused when I asked for a receipt. When other customers came into the store he noticed and said he’d be right with them. One thing I would like to suggest is just smile and say hello to your customers. This UPS store is far superior to the other!

I do quite a bit of shipping and have gone to several shipment facilities –this UPS in my opinion is the best shipping facility. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm impressed out how quickly they are able to process tasks even under high demand.
