As an ice cream aficionado and huge sustainability hound, this place rules. Modern, hyper local/sustainable, and seriously delicious with tons of flavor options and pricing that’s not out of control but is on the higher side to be fair. Matcha coconut is legendary along with the lemon marionberry. Seriously why had I not been here before?! Rigorous sustainability claims and quality claims are part of the decor and the flavor matches the commitment to quality sourcing. Bravo.

I can only vouch for the coffee ice cream, it was outstanding!! So much so that I went back the next day for another one. I have to thank the random stranger that walked past me around the corner from this shop. It looked like he was eating coffee ice cream, so I had to confirm at the store, indeed it was. It’s the perfect coffee color with specks of coffee in it. So delicious.

The extended review: Ice Cream: Sea Salt Cream & Cookies - 4/5 - A very nice take on the classic cookies and cream. The hint of salt gave the standard flavor a distinct flavor. I'd highly recommend getting this one if you are cookies and cream fan. Churros con Leche - 4/5 - A nice unique flavor. I love that they made something that incorporated some cinnamon flavoring. Service: 4/5 - Friendly and attentive staff. Ambiance: 5/5 - Some seating inside where you can enjoy your sweet treat.
