Probably one of the best chipotles I’ve ever been too. Very polite, attentive, and humble staff. The restaurant was clean, the energy was contagious. Highly recommend!

The patio closes early on cold days but that is normal (they are like 15-20 feet from the canal water. Aurora did excellent helping me get my order fast. The guy working the line (didn't ask for his name since he was busy but always friendly) did as good as Aurora. I went there around 7:30 so there was plenty of parking space but be aware of the shortage of parking spaces before 4-5pm.
We were having issues with our online order. My co-worker and I walked in with 18 lunch orders. I had called in advance to let them know we were coming with 18 individual orders. They teamed up, delegated responsibilities, while keeping the normal flow of orders running smoothly. I wish I would have gotten all their names because the customer service was top notch! Thank you for being patient and extremely fast with our orders. We were in and out under 15 minutes. Thanks Ladies!
