Mcdonald's

By far the Rudest MCD I have ever been to. Also they didn’t get my order right after charging me. Also told two different totals. Was yelled at by the drive they lady because she was irritated I told her to remove the cup of ice from my order (that was for my coffee) since they wanted to charge me for it. Then continued being rude and also crumbled up my recent before giving it to me. I told her she needs to learn some customer service skills. Awful experience 2 times in 4 days and we won’t be back. Definitely NOT recommend!

I stopped here with my family after visiting cedar point. I went through the drive through and I have to say the woman taking my order was the friendliest person. The restaurant was very busy but the line was moving very fast. I had to pull in to a spot to wait for our food and it only took them about 5 minutes to bring our food and everything was hot and fresh. The woman that brought us our food was also super nice. I have to say this is one of the best McDonalds that I have ever been to.

I arrived at this establishment with two other males and two females. The females seemed to enjoy their order, despite one of them saying they did not want any. I looked over at her box of nuggets she didn’t want and she finished them all without offering. The rest of posse ate quickly without me because I was unable to place an order on the app. Anyways, food was amazing.
