Been waiting on a place like this on island. So many healthy yummy options! Love that there are gluten free options, vegetarian options and grass fed meats options. Awesome vibes from the staff. Everyone was smiling and having fun and gave this spot and awesome energy. I had the sunshine blue cobb and it was great! I can't wait to get back and try more!

I looooove this place! The food is a little pricey for some but if you look at where they get their ingredients from it makes sense! You don’t have to feel bad eating here, their meats and eggs all come from humane farms where the animals are loved and cared for and not mass produced. You really can taste the difference in a happy animal! Other than that they have amazing vegan and gluten free options. The service is amazing, everyone is so nice and willing to go out of their way to help. Steak sandwich, quiches and acai bowls are incredible as well as the rotating soup of the day. You really can’t go wrong and I could rant about this place forever. Give it a try and you’ll see, this is my favorite place on the island.

My huband, myself and my inlaws visited Sanibel Fresh during our visit this past week. We had originally planned to go to another restaurant nearby, but they cook in peanut oil and my husband is allergic, and my mother in law is vegan, so we found this place. We couldn't have found a better place! Not only was our food some of the most delicious that we had while in Sanibel, but we didn't feel disgusting afterward; hence the healthy food. My husband also has a gluten intolerance, so he was very excited to see that the menu offered peanut free/gluten free options. We also thank the employees for checking and double checking that the items we ordered were peanut free for him. I will definitely be returning if we return to Sanibel in the future!
