Mcdonald's Santa Barbara

Hello Iam writing to you the owner of the lower state Mcdonalds beside the old Quiznos I have a court date with two employees who work there.This started about 6 months ago one of the managers asked me to leave I said in a moment I needed a minute to get up because I have a foot injury that acts up now and again when she (Betty) came in my face again I asked her to please to back up and Iam leaving now she said no more service for you. So I would go in after giving it some time and asked her when is she going to lift it she said whenever she wanted to This is also one of your managers who disturbs a lot of customers and is VERY rude to them as your other employees are not they have always been very nice to me in the 8 years I have been going there this last time I came in and asked if I could have service again they said no and as I was leaving another employee came at me with her phone in her hand in my face and asked me to leave or she was going to call the cops I was on my way out through the door and I told her to call Ill wait for the cops to come since I have done nothing wrong She kept coming at me over and over in my face I was not in her I did not touch her in any way I got a half cup of soda threw it at the door to make her leave me alone I was waiting on the cops so I could explain the situation I was leaving she did not have a right to get in my face over and over So I will be dealing with this on April 30th 2014 with your two lower state employees you have a very good crew usually Its Betty who has always been VERy extremely rude and unnecessary treatment towards me I also think its very rude how they are allowed to smoke in front of the restaurant while they are working there it looks bad Thank you very much I pray you keep hiring good employees and Betty gets a talking to how to treat long time customers who did nothing wrong you are not allowed to attack the customer for no reason if she would have a reason we would have a case and I pray all of this was on video I have been bribed many times by one old manager you had if I told him where some of my friends lived he winked at me and told me he would get me a burger if I told him where my friend lived so he could physically attack him PLEASE hire better good hearted people thats what Mcdonlads is about not abuse Thank you
