We held a wonderful surprise birthday party for 34 people at Mosaic. Everything was 5 star. We started with calamari and Mediterranean platter (variety of foods with tzatiki, hummus, babghanouj) all very flavorful. Then a Greek salad, rice and shrimp, chicken, lamb kababs - all delicious. Oh, and tasty ravioli. We had a wonderful belly dancer entertain us. Jay and Jerry were great hosts, attentive but not insinuating into the party. The wait staff were efficient and friendly. We had dinner there when it first opened but hadn't been back. After this great experience and excellent food, we will be back soon.

my experience in restaurants business and food tasting, i grant this place as an excellent because the quality of foods they use, flavors, and service. `in addition, the owners are concerned about customers satisfaction and leave the place pleased. Lamb Shank, Mediterranean platter, Calamari and not to mention Baba Ghanouge, the flavors are even better then home country.

The food was delicious, best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. It seems even better then I remember from a couple years ago. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and attentive!
