Estefania was so helpful and kind! I had a few questions before ordering and she made sure to find out for me instead of saying “I don’t know,” or brushing me off, even though the line was building. I didn’t catch the other girl’s name but she was also super helpful and I can tell she was really trying to be fast and efficient, but she still made the sandwiches well and labeled them and everything. Very thorough and helpful service! Also smelled clean in there.

This is the BEST store in Santa Cruz. The employees are very nice and know how to make a sandwich.

Service was fast considering there was only one gal working. Store is tiny. Plan on eating outside the store because it is very crammed inside. The store was clean all veggies looked fresh. Worker was super friendly. I would come back. Just wish I would have known the size of inside before deciding to stop here on a motorcycle. Lol to go in q car would be just fine.

Standard Subway sandwich but incredibly friendly and polite sandwich maker. I'll be back, more for the nice attitude and smile of the employee. Made me feel welcomed.
