If I could I would give 0 STAR. They aren’t practicing social distance. The seats are not 6 ft apart. You are seated next to other people at a pretty close distance and they aren’t sanitizing the buzzers they gave you. Also, witness the lady cleaning tables and all she would do is spray and only wipe in one stop. We were seated and the waiter took awhile to ask us for are order and never received our drinks until we reminded the waiter. The waiter never acknowledged us. The food was alright nothing special…never came back to refill our drinks. I would definitely not be coming back. Worst service.

Table was dirty that we were sat at. Service was slow and our waitress refused substitutions for food sensitivities as well as didn't realize my drink was empty for about 20 minutes. Will try to avoid this particular one even though my in-laws enjoy IHOP.

Service was great and the food was also great. However the whole experience took 2 hours. 30 minutes of waiting and an hour to get our food. The workers had a habit of speaking in spanish first so you have to tell them that you dont understand them quiet a few times. They do have a great system going to get everyone seated instead of being packed at the door. We went around 10:30am on a Sunday. We were a family of five visiting from the four corners area.

My ordered food came to me completely wrong, had to be sent back, the waitress was not competent and had to be reminded of several things. A complete disappointment! I gave 2 stars, because the food, when prepared correctly, got to the table, it was good.

Came for dinner and gotta say there was only one lady as host/waitress and one gentleman as chef and they hustled. Food was good and service was great. As long as you are patient and understand there was only two people running the whole thing, then you’re good.

My order was wrong. Completely wrong. I ordered a cupcake pancake, chocolate smile pancake, and cheesecake pancakes. The manager refused to believe it was wrong because mr perfect says he packaged it. At first they said I needed to go in and speak with him by the time he got on the phone he was so rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t even let me speak he kept talking over me and saying he packaged it. I can’t believe he’s even a manager. Not to mention the food looked like it was thrown around before it got delivered. Worst service and gross food. Go to Denny’s instead better service and food.
